I don't notice the dryer behind the grille but should have painted the lines ,I could cover them with wire loom but it doesn't really bother me..will see if this new system is any easier to install once it arrives..

Be sure to share some photos. I’m a million miles away from putting any ac in the cab over but that truck will be getting the new system by the time I get to that point.

They don't even sell the Gen 2 anymore as as far as I know, I only intend to temporarily install the evaporator and any related parts that attach to the firewall for now before getting it in paint..and cut the holes in the air dams for the tubing..
