Morning all Maine. Looking like a great snowfall coming over the weekend. The skiing public should love it ! Hear Mt Abrams is ready now. Grandson says they have been making lots of snow !

busy place!! Formerly from Maine here. York county, Limington, Limerick area first 37 yrs of my life. Moved to Florida in 86. Lots of family in that area still. Plan on coming up late September into November. I’ll chat with ya BP!

I'm NOT from Maine...I just post in here as my #2 Grandson has been working up there in some of the ski/mountain bike resorts for a few years now. As my sig says...I'm in Maryland as his Dad is. He loves the colder weather.

Yeah it's tough. 65 right now, Im in central FL, near Daytona. Many mornings in the 40's and 50's this winter. Last couple weeks been more Florida sun but since Nov been a very cloudy dreary winter....like Maine. Sure we'll get 4-5 months hot and humid maybe May thru Sept where I'll spend much more time inside in the A/c, just like In Maine I would spend every min I could inside by the wood stove, say Nov- late March -mid April. Except when I'd be out sanding the driveway or shoveling snow like I did the first 36 yrs of my life. BOY do I miss that!!!.....Not!

I’m from Maine, 37 yrs ago. They all been saying, “Thewinters just aren’t like they used to be”…. Bet this month they wish they were!!!
