I haven't seen any out there. If you could find a truck headed for a 3rd world, undeveloped country, you might find one.
There isn't much benifit from removing them except for losing low end torque.
If you really want to remove them, I guess you could remove the pipe assembly and find an exhaust shop that will make a matching setup without cat's. I don't think that they will install it on your truck for you though, that $10,000 fine just isn't worth the risk.
