Same. 🤷🏼♂️ Heck of a “Thank you” after waiting for 54 weeks after ordering it.
Go back to your selling dealer and demand they get it done for you, it's like throwing away cash if you let it go.
Or call Ford customer service and get it.

X2 for ANY app on phone. Unfortunately both Apple and Google give limited access to CarPlay/AndroidAuto. I have heads up display and Apple Maps directions are depicted in windshield, but not Google maps or Waze, let alone my android version of SmartTruck Route which has great height and weight routing.

What I would really like is if there was a simple way to mirror my phone screen, that would take care of most of what I want as far as infotainment on my truck's media screen.
I would think Ford would let people apply pass points to anything through the Ford system since they let you apply points toward a vehicle purchase itself. $80 per year for Nav is cheap. $.22/day. A lot send $10+/day up in smoke via their cigarettes but also complain about Navigation subscription. My uncle 🙄🙄
My dealership gave me 50 points for my '23 Lariat Ultimate H.O. diesel. What a ripoff!
Well, that needs more explanation.
Dealer doesn't give the points, Ford does, all dealer does is register the sale in the points program.
If you didn't get your full 75,000 points then go back to the dealer or call Ford customer service.
With wireless apple car play and Google maps nav is basically useless anymore. Certainly not worth paying the annual fees
Google and Apple maps will not factor in trailer measurements when creating routes. I believe Ford Nav added trailering info in 2023 on Superduties. My truck came with 3yrs of Connected Navigation.

Right and for those that did not get 3 years they might want to use points for the nav w/ trailering because Apple and Google don't have it. . That's all I was saying.
Ford never gave me the points when I bought the truck in 22.
had the same problem
the research to fix it was that the name on the purchase contract did not match the ford pass acct. one was all caps and the other was not. Once they fixed that on the back end…it was fixed.

Yeah that can't be right. And 50 points equates to a dime. $0.10

Hmm, this may be my problem as well. Truck was bought under a business name, but I use my name in the app. I’ve got my sales guy looking into it, but I’m not holding my breath.
I viewed this as an attempt by Ford to push more owners into the subscription service. My guess is that the buyers aren’t seeing the value in the subscription service.

I didn't realize that's how much you were supposed to receive. I will do that.

So I just went on the app and looked at it again. I received 22,000 points for my wife's '21 Explorer ST. I received 50 "Milestones" (and 0 points) for my '23 F350. No points, just milestones. What are milestones?
