body lift bumper relocation

i have a 78 ford f150 ranger which i installed a Performance Accessories 3" body lift. The kit I ordered didnt come with any bumper relocation brackets and I was wondering if there is any way i can fix this, or if any companies make relocation brackets for my truck (i would prefer not to buy ones if i dont have to but i will). I can deal with the front bumper, but the rear bumper needs to be relocated, (i cant stand looking at that gap) though id prefer both. any suggestions?

My truck has a 2 inchbody lift and the front bumper just has longer bolts and some cylinder spacers to bring it up. The rear bumper didnt need any modification though. It is a new bumper and it came with new brackets so I just positioned up a little higher. Lined two holes up and drilled two new ones. Also you could leave it alone and put some diamond plate or stainless steel to cover the gap.
