I used to own a nice 2018 F150. Sure, it was comfortable, and got great gas mileage with the 3.5L EcoBOOST engine. but it just didn't have any UMPH! when it came to mud and snow.
So I traded it for my 2022 F250, and I am looking forward to some serious SNOW this winter, so I can go out and PLAY! I have my WARN winch installed, and several other nice enhancements. I am hoping to become one of the few vehicles that can move around town while everyone else is staying at home, waiting for the snow to melt, or for the plows to clear the roads. Hell! this is a 4WD, so I want to USE IT in 4WD!
I used to run a 24 Hr. motorcycle towing service in southern CommieFornia. I guess it is in my blood. I am retired now, so I head out while everyone else stays in, and cruse around the county looking for people who ran out of gas, or need a jump start, or maybe they slid off into a ditch or something. I use a drone too. I send the drone up to 300 feet or so, and look around. It is easy to spot vehicles with their 4-way flashers blinking in the white snow at night! That makes it easier to find people who may need some help. Heck, I don't even charge for it. I do it for FUN!
Question for ya, is your 2022 a diesel or gas? Makes a big difference off roading or snow. The diesel engine makes it a lot more challenging due to the weight.
Come to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, between Watersmeet Mich. and Superior Wisc. we got 11 feet for the year, most of it is lake effect from the big lake, but yes it is fun, the entire underside, wheel wells, etc. get packed up pretty good and stay that way for weeks, usually the truck is in 4 wheel drive all the time, even better at night too

Sounds like a nice thing to do, though I do hope that doesn't step on toes of existing businesses that do this for a living.
lol its a crispy 53 here for us. hope i dont forget to plug the block heater in!!!!
53? Tucson?
That was 31 as a low for the winter. LOL Currently a freezong 48. One thing San Diego County and parts of Ca have, great weather and Prop 13.

I've found the opposite to be true - my F-350 is the most sure-footed on-road vehicle I've ever driven in snow and ice. It is unreal how well it does on icy, snowy roads. I've climbed and descended some steep hills here that had cars and trucks all sitting on the shoulder, unable to move. Drove right past them to get where I was headed, simply amazed at how the truck performed. I think the heavy-*** diesel right over the front axle makes for serious traction. I'll also buck the trend on the forum and give a massive thumbs-up to the BFG AT KO2s. ~50,000 miles out of the last set, plenty quiet on the highway, good off-road traction and great ice / snow ability. I have not suffered the vibration / balance issues with mine that I've read others complaining about here. Mine are perfect at any speed, up to 100 MPH. I've not gone faster than that and only touched that as a test after getting them installed.

Don't forget the anti-gel at those temps....

In Mass 1 significant snow event would be an improvement for us. We got 13 inches of snow in 1 or 2 inch increments last year. NYC was even worse, haven't seen over an inch of snow in a day since late January of 2022. I hooked up the plow 4 times to turn around and take it right back off.
We don't get Montana or Minnesota, snow, but we do occasionally see 10 inches or so, for a while. The ground is not cold enough to maintain it, so even a hard snow melts away within a few days.

If I lived in THAT kind of snow, I would definitely buy a snow plow attachment for my truck, and probably a snow blower too.
