New member-pcv valve issues
I have a 1990 f150 Xlt-lariat with the 4.9 I6 Efi in it, and recently I took off the intake and the vacuum lines to get to the injectors to clean them. After I cleaned them I replaced one of the injector's o-rings then put everything back together, replaced the throttle body intake gasket, upper plenum gasket, and egr valve gasket, and as far as I can tell I have the vacuum lines hooked back up to where they're supposed to go according to the diagram. Now I have a Pcv valve that is open at any rpm and I don't know what to do about it. I have replaced the valve and still have the issue though now the truck idles at around 600~rpm instead of around 1,000~rpm. You can hear a hissing coming from it while the truck runs too which it did not have before I first took apart the intake. I'm not really too sure on how to go about this so any kind of help would be appreciated.
