What are these called

I have these that came on a 19 f350 truck I just bought. They are great and I want another set of them for my dually. This is what’s stamped on them, qwa62 13-68 Weiss Italy. Google search came back with nothing. Any ideas?

The diameter determines the weight they're rated for...
1/2" should be rated for 12,000 pounds
