Oh yeah. The biggest thing is maintenence if you ask me. This guy's truck has been pretty well taken care of. He has 290k on the ticker and has original injectors up till now. I replaced two of them. Still has stock head gaskets. He bought the truck with 10k on it and has put all the mile's on himself.
That is definitely respectable. Unfortunately so many already out there with poor maintenance causing failures. 6.0 and 6.4 to me are off limits
