Pinstriping prep + tips

I am gonna be putting new pinstriping on my freshly painted truck. What do I use to prep the surface (clean) Like a solution I can make or buy. It was oiled when painted, and it has been washed once.
What do i need to do?

Also, any tips for pinstriping (down body line)

Use PPG "Acryliclean." It will remove anything undesireable.
