Turbo rebuild

I'm winding up collecting parts to pull the turbos off both trucks. I will also be replacing some other things while in there...bellowed up-pipes, glow plugs, CAC boots, etc. in both trucks. One turbo will get a full rebuild with the Riffraff 360* kit, Riffraff 4+4 compressor wheel, and a KC Turbos S300 turbine wheel, EBPV delete, etc. The other turbo will only get a Riffraff 4+4 compressor wheel...it has low mileage...unless I can find a deal on another KC Turbos S300 turbine wheel as I was holding out for a black Friday deal, but they aren't on sale this year. I will need to get the 4 pedestal o-rings for both turbos, but the parts I'm needing some advice on getting versus reusing the existing oem is the rest of the o-rings...compressor housing, turbo to spider, etc....the 3 V-band clamps, and the turbo housing/pedestal bolts...

There has been lots of discussions lately on UVCH gaskets being poor quality relative to wiring insulation...even with the Motorcraft units. I'm thinking it might be best to try and reuse the ones on them as they've never been off...unless there's been one found to be good quality...

I also bought the better thicker thermostat housings for both trucks...they have a slight leak. The Excursion received a new water pump 3-5 years back, while the F350 had a Ford warranty replacement probably 15-18 years back. Should I wait until it's time for another pump replacement to switch out the thermostat housings given the chance of breaking off one of the bolts...

This is showing up on KC’s sale page unless you’ve already picked up the billet wheel and rebuild kit.

I like the Riffraff 4+4 wheel better than their 6+6 for my application...plus I already have it, so I just need the S300 turbine for that turbo...

Pretty sure Riff Raff's 360 kit comes with the compressor housing and maybe the turbo to Y pipe seal too. Otherwise the turbo install kit will have it plus the pedestal o rings.

I reused my vband clamps and pedestal/turbo mount bolts. I can't remember if I bought housing bolts.

I've had one of my van turbos out a handful of times. I have only used new orings once and I don't have any leaks.
