Tearing down my '07 F250 and ordered a complete set of rotors, calipers and pads for the front and rear as the brakes were sticking real bad. I sent back the cores so I do not have a reference, the rear calipers are Ford Motorcraft with a 166111 casting number. When I research 166111 it comes back to a 2008+ Super Duty, Ebay and Amazon show a casting number of 144150 for '05-'07 Super Duty trucks. So I checked Rock Auto as I would consider that a reputable site for part numbers and it shows both 166111 and 144150 rear calipers for the '07 year......am I going crazy here?
If anyone can drop some knowledge on this old guy I appreciate it, I haven't tried to install the rotors just yet I just want to make sure I have the right parts. Thanks.

It is likely a supplier change - just from the pictures I can see one casting has a better surface finish than the other, which is generally due to processing at the supplier.
That said, I don't believe there were many suspension changes between '07 and '08, most changes were body related, and of course the introduction of the 6.4. So it is very possible (and plausible) that the rear calipers are interchangeable between the two body styles.
