Dang plastic! Primer question
My son's atv has a crack in the fender. I melted in some stuff and the patch looks like it will work. Now I want to paint it but the primer will not harden.
I am using R-M epoxy primer with the intermediate hardener, 75 deg right now. I spray it on and it does not get hard. So I took it off tried bulldog then primer and it did not get hard again.
Am I doing something wrong?

OK Lazy painter seams to be the problem!
I did not want to get my gun dirty so I used one of those jars with the propellant top. Nothing worked then I felt the can and it was cold. I broke out the gun and had no problem. I think the primer was almost freezing as it came out the gun then it separated when it hit the surface.
