Just joined FTE and enjoy the site. Lot's of great information available. I'm an original owner of this 03 Excursion Eddie Bauer model with 6.0 engine. Love the truck!. Looking forward to learning from members.

Welcome to the EX forum!

That is a great looking wagon you have there! That has always been my favorite color combo.

Welcome! Beautiful wagon and kudos for taking exceptional care of it over the last two decades. Sadly, most of them are pretty ratty looking now.

Thanks for the comments. I bullet proofed the engine years ago along with several Banks additions such as exhaust, intercooler, differential cover, plus coolant filter to make it last in towing campers across country. Been camping in all states but Alaska and Hawaii. Other mods include 2005 front engine cover with the bigger water pump, blue spring, 2008 trans pan and internal filter, 2008 style tow mirrors, and lots of other little things. It's been a great truck, never let me down with nearly 250,000 miles. Inside is pretty much still stock. Wish Ford had promoted them better back in the day cause its far better than any Suburban's, in my opinion. I would buy one again in a heart beat if Ford still made them.
