We have a 2019 F 350 crew cab. When the doors are locked the security system will go off for no reason. The Ford App says that it is because someone has opened a door. Nothing is happening to the vehicle to trigger the alarm as it is parked in view of a security camera. The only pattern I noticed about when it is happening is when the outside temperature gets in the low 30's If anyone has experienced this problem and found the issue I would appreciate hearing about it.

It has been sporadically doing it for the last year, during the warm months I was thinking we had a bug or something causing it but temps are below freezing now, that rules the bugs out. The Ford App tells me its the rear door most of the time, but occasionally it doesn't give me the location of the trip.
I have the exact same year/make truck and had the same issue, alarm going off at random times. It was the hood latch sensor. I ordered a new Motorcraft hood latch from Amazon problem resolved.
Ford F-250 F-350 Super Duty Hood Latch w/Anti-Theft Sensor HC3Z16700F
Thanks, how did you determine it was the hood latch that was causing it? Sometimes I get a message on the Ford app that says it was a rear door, but not every time, so not sure how to track the offending sensor down.

I think it would give you a different alert message if it was triggered my motion inside the cab. So it does sound like a door switch could be the culprit. Hood latch sensor has been another relatively common source.
I don't know how to diagnose a door switch. I'm wondering if you could try lightly pulling and pushing on the suspect door after the alarm is armed to see if that sets it off. The hood latch may have a connector you can unplug.
My 23 has done this several times. FordPass gives me something like an intrusion has been detected. It never gives me a specific door, etc. At first I've chalked it up to bugs too, but too cold for that now.
I have tried jiggling doors, not the hood. I did see a video stating that the computer on the truck tracks PID (?) which will show where the fault was. I just need to find out how to access that data. The video I was watching didn't cover that part.
I don’t remember if I had an actual hood alarm message or something more general. I remember reading online the hood latch had a lot of failures with not only SD but the F150 as well. Some people state you can clean or maybe “adjust” the switch I chose to replace the entire mech.
