IVC is Intake Valve Closed, this is an indicator of the start of compression.

You can buy Dyno 2000 on line. Just type desktop dyno or dyno 2000 into your search engine and you will find lots of sources.
To use it properly you need cam specs and head flow data. desktop dyno will calculate compression ratio, but not dynamic compression. You need the dynamic compression program to tell you if the engine that you are building or simulating will run on pump gas.
Desktop dyno will simulate anything that you can dream up, but it doesn't check for boundary conditions, such as detonation, and valve to piston clearance.
