01 6.8 v10
Hey guys so I just bought this truck and it has no codes but idles slightly rough when in park and reverse but when in gear it get worse and had a hesitation to take off at low rpm’s, I also noticed that the short bank fuel trim was running from a negative 2-12 and bank 2 was a positive 2-12 not sure what could cause this but I’m stumped as to where to start diagnosing!

It is a f250sd with an automatic trans truck has over 300k and no blow by when oil cap is flipped over on the spout. I used an acucheck or something like that it was my buddy’s I borrowed for the day. As for the fuel trim info I used the live data selection on the code reader to pull data I posted about. Thank you for moving the post to the correct area as I’m new to using forums.
