Trading up the ol' expy!
I am very interested in trading my 97 5.4 Expy towards a Excursion limited Diesel,(because Bigger and massive power are always better!) are the dealers seeing lease returns yet? and if so how much is fair to pay for a (Cherry condition) 3 year old , low miles, all the goods, + tow package (arent they all tow pkgs)?
Hoping to drop out of the Expy post, and on to big daddy!

Lease returns are there. In fact, I hate to bringing it up 'cause it pisses me off so bad. 
BUT...my local dealer knew that I had been looking for a PSD Excursion. He had a lease return that was a 2000 PSD Limited but when I was dealing with him he was asking 36K. 
he ended up selling it for 26K (after it sat in the lot fro 4 months. ^%$*&* he let me know this AFTER I had already bought my V10.
Needless to say, I do not go to him for service.
Look at edmunds.com for values (True Market) then offer 2K less.
