theres a piece of plastic that runs along the bottom side of the 92-96 f150s, its not held on by bolts or anything. i wanted to take it off for more tire clearance and ground clearance, but how do i take it off?

do you mean on the front of the bumper/ if so it has plastic rivets, just5 break em

 

yeah, sorry i forgot to mention that, its the plastic on the underside of the front bumper.
