Just joined and could not find an F53 model link. Not important, I guess. Looking forward to sharing about our first V10 (Winnebago Vista 30T) gas motorhome.

How do I know this you ask? I actually joined FTE right before I bought my 1999 F-53 .
I see you're from Borrego Springs! I used to hike there on occasion . . . and later did some work for a large company there near the Navy base.

Your best bet will be to follow the "1999 to 2016 Super Duty", "Modular V10 (6.8l)", and "Clutch, Transmission, Differential, Axle & Transfer Case" forums and generally pretend you have a 2014 F-550 V-10 automatic 2WD when you need to.
How do I know this you ask? I actually joined FTE right before I bought my 1999 F-53 .
