front bumper
I have a customer that has a 2006 ford f-250 xlt super duty diesel with factory fender flares, trying to find a factory bumper in black .when i look up bumper the specify that it is w/o fender flare hole. it has a an upper bumper cover and the flare does not even touch bumper or upper bumper cover . why would it matter?? when i google images of truck upper cover all the same and none look like the connect ot touch flare.. he has chrome on there no but wants black but does not what to go with a big crazy bumper.

yea , bumper damage, so he wants to black out. but not clear why they specify with and without flares?
