Question Exaust Headers

Anyone have an idea were one can get a set of exaust headers for a 1977 ford F250, 460cu? Is the 428 the same block? I think it is but not sure.
Thanks
Sonny

428 is an FE block, a 429 is the same block as your 460. Posters here will want to know if it is 2 or 4 wheel drive, automatic or manual transmission, etc. Lots of good info in the threads if you search for "headers". I have been looking in the engine section for help also since a lot of posters here don't seem to run FEs like I have .

Thanks for the info. It is a 460cu, 4bbl, auto, a/c, 2wd, 3/4ton long bed. It is also the first REAL pickup I've had. I've had 3 Chevy's, one brand new, this one is a TRUCK. As old as it is I'm only the secound owner. Original owners used it to haul thier Air Stream to Canada so it has the factory trailer package. Anyway any ifo on what type of headers and where will appreciated.
Thanks, Sonny

You could check Summit Racing's website too. They'll have a complete listing for every manufacturer they carry.

Sonny ,
Instead of info on my truck , I put funny little remarks or jokes as my sign off.

OK Hawkeye you got me, but I did check out Hedmans and although I idn't see my truck listed, they did have headers for a 1/2 ton, so I e-mailed them.

Come to think about it, a locking gas WAS the first thing I bought, only because the fresh air police made me. Seems the rubber was a bit worn and I guess a bit of fummes might excape, polute they air, causes massive cancer and other real bad stuff to happen, can't have that.

Don't live anymore, so I don't have to deal with that crap anymore.
