The coolant temperature sensor is not the same as the charge air temperature sensor.
I'm updating, replacing the old parts with new ones, and I put an obd1 reader on it, and got a code 64, so I just wanted to replace it. I got a code 14 so I replaced the ICM, and it cleared that code, so since I have a no start scenario, I've replaced the pressure fuel pump, the fuel pump relay, inertia switch, and fuel reservoir, I figured got a code 64, so wanted to replace the air charge temperature sensor while I'm at it, but any help trouble shooting the no start situation would be appreciated. Thanks

You should stop doing that. Now you are throwing new variables into the situation by replacing parts that might not be bad with new parts of unknown quality. Let’s assume that the engine has air. Does it have spark? What about fuel? If so, what is the fuel pressure?
So, you've replaced the four of the five things that effect fuel flow with new one's. Did you keep the old parts ?
Did you replace them because of issues, or just "because" ?
I have only replaced the fuel reservoir because my truck was not getting fuel, when I tried to increase speed. My filter was very dirty, and the mounting tabs broke off the housing. Other than that, the only other fuel system parts replaced is the in tank pump when the fuel tank was replaced back in 2011, some 5000 miles ago.
Here's the old I'm guessing original filter. Here's the high pressure pump.
The filter was filthy, a prong on the pressure fuel pump was broken, the fuel pump relay was corroded, no resistance reading on pip in and pip out so replaced ICM, no I don't here the fuel pump, dual tanks.
