So the other day I was at a friends house and didn’t realize I had a railroad tie partially buried next to my left front tire. When I started to go forward, the railroad tie flipped on the side and my tire hooked on it and spun my steering wheel super fast. I backed up and looked at the suspension and Everything seemed to be fine. Then I drove away and then realized it was really hard to turn even while moving which I know ford diesels are known for hard steering, but this is a lot harder. My steering wheel is also off center now. Any ideas on what it could be or what I need to fix? Thanks in advance.

I would have everything inspected by a front end shop. Good chance you bent something enough that it's either binding or dragging on something else.
How fast were you trying to take off that your steering spun that fast? I have run over MANY partially buried logs and railroad ties and never had more than a bit of a jerk in my hand from the wheel, but then again, unless I'm on a drag strip I don't take off fast.
