2021 Right Turn Signal

I recently started have my an issue with my right turn signal. When I use the right turn signal, it has the quick flash, like a bulb is out. I have checked every bulb that I can find, all are working and actually flash normal, it’s just the dash indicator. Any suggestions?

Check upper and lower brake lights.
