2016 Expedition
My 2016 Expedition XLT with 3.5 liter V6 EcoBoost wouldn't start after the Friday night football game. The problem I was experiencing when starting was that at times the navigation display and air control panel would go completely off. The display above the steering wheel comes on then goes off, headlights click fast then turn off, door locks won't work, windows do not operate and the car won't start. When I turn on the ignition everything I just explained happens each time and the truck won't start. Brake lights light up but weak, no backup lights. I tested them by overriding the locking mechanism on the console shifter. I have replaced the battery, volt tested the new battery and it indicates 12 volts on the multimeter. Check all battery wiring connections and they are good. Thought maybe it was the neutral safety switch, but for some reason it started, got it home turned it off and it started all over again. This time it hasn't started again. Can't figure this one out, any suggestions?
