I think the general consensus is no. The dimensions aren't exactly the same, and I've seen folks on the FB pages saying they tried it and it was a no-go.

Thats not good...
Diamondback covers said the switchback would work on both 2022 and 23-24.
Every piece of kit is built differently. All I know is that I've been waiting all year for ARE to release their updated Z-Series for the 2023... no dice yet. And it's September. So, I bought a 2023 Leer instead. Great job, ARE.
Ordered a Century mid rise for my 2023 about a month ago. Stopped at the dealer yesterday and he got info from Century that they processed the order which he said usually means the cap is being built and could be delivered in a week or so. Also when I ordered it, he noted long beds are not as common so it could take longer. Can’t remember how long I waited when I ordered the Century cab high when I bought my 2016, but I can’t recall it being long at all. Had an ARE on my 2000 and feel the Century are as good, though that was 23 years ago! After over researching the caps as I do on most things they all appear to be mostly equal. Went with Century because they are local and ran by the same owner who opened the store years ago. Bought the ARE from the local store where I lived back then.

I’ve also seen the complete opposite. I would suggest trying it and see what you think. I heard the dimensions are slightly different but the caps will fit, but not “perfect “. I guess it depends on what the owner can tolerate as a perfect fit and slightly non perfect fit. If you do try it, report back with some photos.

I will not be trying it, and at my age, I have gone way passed "settling" when it comes to vehicles. I will not settle for something that might fit, or simply "good enough," because it simply isn't good enough. Not only that, but my OCD would be off the charts every time I looked at the truck. I have no interest in gambling on a potential $4,000 mistake.

I assumed you had the 2022 cap. As it appears you don’t, I totally agree with your comment.

Indiana Truck called this morning and said the cap came in. Will stop by this afternoon to have it installed. So the wait wasn’t bad at all.
Got the camper shell on. I like the look. Even before it was delivered I was thinking of how to put in a window where the bed camera and bed lights are. Looks like Century made that task easier for me by having a nice flat area there.Have my plan set, just need to verify dimensions and thickness before I order anything.
As another data point: I was able to install a Leer camper shell off of (and designed for) a 2019 crew cab F-250 long bed onto my 2023 regular cab XL long bed. The dimensions are not exactly the same, but with some minor trimming at the rear to let it slide forward a bit, it looks acceptable for my humble work truck (good enough that I have received compliments, for what that is worth). The gap between the shell and cab is a bit larger than I would like and there is a sliver of a gap in the center at the front where it meets the bed (the shell is a little too short there). Interestingly, it was the same way on the seller's truck. When it was installed on his truck, they had to use a gasket there, and I am doing so as well.
Clearly, this is not a perfect fit, but as a longtime owner of many trucks, I have found that shells may not always be absolutely perfect fits when brand new. For my simple work truck, it's fine. The @nal-retentive may not find it acceptable, but being an uncompromising perfectionist can be a hard road in today's world. The only other option is to spend $3k or whatever on a shell, which I cannot justify.
Now I just need some rear hub caps to go on the front of the truck. I am using take-offs from a 4x4 so I have the holes in the front caps. I may just fab up some internal covers for the center caps as it is such a minor item.

Looks good. 99% of people won’t notice anything. Had to look twice to see what you were referencing about the wheels.
