Glass

door glass and and glass runs for a 48 F4 same as ford F2 or F3? Are the cabs pretty much the same?

Yes. Glass and door parts are all the same for all series. Anything cab and interior wise available as restoration materials would all interchange. Aside from F4 specific chassis parts, there's not much else that's unique.

It's been a few years, but Glass Doctor here in Kalispell cut a windshield for me. The manager said the radius on the bottom edge would give his guys some practical experience. lol
All glass in the truck is safety sheet with plastic sandwiched between the glass originally.
