It's a garden variety 1993 F150 XL, 300 six with the Mazda five speed and 2.73 rear end (Not actually confirmed but belived to be correct. Axel code 12). Seems to me the most of the trucks sold with these were F250s with beefier transmissions, engines and cooling systems, but those were 70s Era trucks.

What sort of camper could I realistically tow with the ball on the bumper? The camper in question.
OK first of all that is a cool old camper!! I love it. Next is the older campers are pretty heavy. They may have less bells and whistles, but not as much lightweight materials like a newer one does. You could weigh it too be sure, but I think its just going to be too heavy, and with the higher center of gravity, and the light weight 1/2 ton suspension its not going to be a fun, or safe drive.
