No, a super duty doesn't have struts & shocks are just dampers. You can drive the vehicle without shocks. The super duty has a solid axle and leaf springs....it's most likely bent.
As jade said, unless the axle was machined improperly (unlikely), it's hard to get negative camber on a solid rear axle since everything is fixed in relation to each other in the axle itself. If you've got camber in either direction, it is likely bent.
Just curious, what is the measured camber? Anything under a degree would probably not mean much.
On jackstands, can you wiggle the tire at all from holding it at 12 and 6 o clock? There is a slight chance that the axle nut(s) was not torqued properly and allowing the hub to have enough play that they'd read a slight negative camber when weight bearing.
If the axle is indeed bent, it wouldn't be too big of a deal, plenty of rear axles out there you can swap out with. If your truck is 4x4 just make sure you've got the right gear ratio.
