I am hiring!!!!!
I know this is a shot in the dark, but I know there are a lot of really skilled guys on here so I thought I would throw this out there.
I am currently looking to hire experienced auto tech, painters, detailers, and car buyers for a new company located in Oxford, NC
We pay the highest salaries in the industry, offer a 3 Day work week, and simply have the best facilities in the industry. All equipment is 100% brand new and state of the art. The facility is air conditioned. Plus we offer our tech unheard of perks such as NFL style locker room, massage chairs, individual showers, etc.

North Carolina, you shouldn't have any problems locating good people there. Try Advertising you needs with a banner on the building.
Are you specializing with young people fresh out of Tech Schools for most of your working staff. Certified?

We certainly are advertising our openings through a variety of ways. I just thought I would reach out on some various forums as well to help supplement those efforts. To answer your question, we are primarily hiring Techs that already have extensive experience. That said, we are open to individuals who are fresh out of tech schools as well and that goes for Paint Techs as well. Currently, I am hiring for our flagship location in NC, but soon be staffing up our other locations in Oklahoma City and in Portland, OR.
