06. 6.0 powerstroke I found an issue with my egr delete but I am still having a slow leak coming from the driverside around the exhaust manifold did a pressure test and nothing I did a die and pressure test nothing kind of at withs end not sure what to do I have checked the degas bottle nothing I checked the hoses nothing I've pretty much checked everything headgasket is my last idea of what could be wrong but I have no idea and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed man did I screw up this time buying this thing
I had a similar issue on the passengers side. I was able to rent for free a coolant pressure test kit from Autozone. I purchased some UV dye and ran the pressure up to 16psi. The next day, I found a pool of coolant under the passengers side near the rear exhaust port. Turned out, it was leaking up top from the coolant hose that connects near or on the passengers side intake. The hose that runs from the degas bottle to the intake nipple. The hose was cracked just a tiny bit. Save yourself some time, get the UV coolant dye on amazon or at the auto part store and rent a coolant pressure tester. Let it sit over night. Hopefully, your problem will be as easy as mine was. I suspect a leak at or near the degas bottle from a leak on the drivers side.
I'm guessing a crack in either the degas bottle or the plastic wye in the hose beneath it. Could also be the heater hose that goes to said wye, but that's not a common failure point.

The cracks are hairline and barely visible, so keep that in mind also. I chased one for a day and had to bring the vehicle up to temp, after cleaning the entire area with degreaser and looking with a telescoping mirror. They're a PITA sometime to find.
