Exclamation What does this connect to?

I found a broken connector on my 88' F150 with the 4.9L. Its located in a wiring loom that is above the right front passenger headlight. It has two wires and looks to have been connected to ground cable of the battery. Do anyone know what this connector powers? Would it cause a no start condition?

There are 2 small wires or one. Who knows, but they are going to my ground on battery, on my 302. But without pictures like said above we can’t really say anything about what it’s to.

Pigtail on the ground cable clamp goes to inner fender & picks up main harness ground that goes around to the fuse/relay box and on to the computer.

Yes, it can cause a no/start, no/run, run/poor condition.
