Coolant leak source?
Coolant is leaking from the housing between the pulleys and the engine. I believe this is that harmonic balancer. What is the fix for this?

Check your waterpump. Often times you get a small leak from the front of the pump before it really craps out. There is a small weep hole there that will drip when the waterpump seal leaks.
Coolant won't come out from the harmonic balancer, it is dripping from higher up.

You can go to your local auto parts store and rent a coolant system pressure tester. This will make it easier to find the leak.
