I have a vibration in my 22 f350 dually that I can’t figure out where it’s coming from.
It starts to be noticed when I get above 72 mph. It starts kinda soft and works its way up to a very noticeable shake then stops and starts all over again. It is a constant cycle that does not stop. My father in law and I went on a 2hr road-trip and it did it the whole time. It is only felt in the seats and floorboard. Can not be felt in the steering wheel or anything to do with the front end.
I have had my tires balanced by 3 different shops and hasn’t changed. It does it empty, pulling a trailer and even pulling my 5th wheel.
This is what happened to mine and I'm in the process of removing the shaft and having it balanced while I wait. I noticed the small rust spot on the driveshaft tube last time I was under the truck and sure enough................ missing weight disc and small vibs at 70 mph plus
