Has anyone on this side of the forum put in a CV front end? Mine is a 62 unibody the 223 in it is dead, my machine shop said to bore and get all the parts in is going to cost some serious dollars and he just did a short block for me and was only $800. He said biggest part is he is having to shop around for parts that are older than him. So, I am considering a CV swap and I have a 5liter half built that I can throw at it. On the other trucks the show a hole pre-drilled in the frame and say that's where the alignment pins have to go, I only have 1 blank hole and the next forward is the rubber stop block? If anyone has done this, I'd seriously appreciate it. TIA
