MASTER CYL LEAK

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue, 2023 F-350 7.3 gas, just noticed something wet below the brake pedal on the floor, followed up the pedal and found it to be what looks and feels like brake fluid. This truck has 800 miles on it, have checked for recalls, none showing.

I found an oily spot on the mat and have decided that it is lubricant for the pedals and not brake fluid. (I could be wrong, but I really think it is lubricant dripping off in the heat)
