jumper/adaptor?
Hello everyone, I'm switching out the power mirrors on my 99' Superduty and ran into a problem. The original connectors are round and the connectors on the new mirrors are rectangular.
I seen in an earlier post that someone had the same problem but it was reversed. They had an 01' or an 02' with the rectangular connector, and the mirrors he had bought had the round connector. He was given some part #'s by someone else for a jumper/adaptor to solve his problem.
My question is: These part #'s he was given would not be the ones that I need since the problem is reversed...right? I believe the male/female ends would be just the opposite? Is this right or am I just thinking wrong here?
If so, does anyone have the part #'s that I need or is there even jumpers for my situation? Or does anyone happen to have a set that they would like to sell? Also, would there be any other options I might have?
Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated.
