Sometimes vibrations
My new to me 2000 B2500 has new tires, shocks and upper and lower control arms within the last year. Occasionally while driving 60mph or more I get a vibration that feels like a tire out of balance. One time it started vibrating and I accelerated to about 70 and it got almost violent. Most of the time it’s a smooth ride with zero shakes so I have ruled out a tire out of balance. Also it doesn’t feel like it is coming through the steering wheel. Any ideas?

Does the driveshaft have a center support bearing? IOW, is the driveshaft more than one piece? If so, it may be on the way out, allowing the driveshaft to wobble around and cause vibration. If not, then check the U-joints, looking for rust as an indicator, looseness. Rust indicates the tiny needle bearings are likely toast, allowing off-center rotation. If bad enough, the shaft can get off center and stay, or can change its position depending on how much torque has been applied that particular time.

added: also grab the drive shaft near the tailhousing on the transmission, and see if you can wobble it around inside the aft end. There is a bushing there that can wear and allow wobble.
