So, if I am reading the parts book correctly, here goes:
These front drums you are seeking will have 8 bolt holes on a 6.5 center, have a 12.125" inside diameter and a 2.51" brake surface width.

Thank you for answering , I looked up in the NAPA website. with all the correct info. I found the drum, said exact fit for my truck. i scrolled down under description and it says 10inch diameter and i need 12.125. Grrrr

I honestly think that may be an error on the specifications on the website. I would suggest using the website to identify any store that has the drum available for pickup today (indicating they may have it on the shelf), call the store, and ask them to measure the ID for you. You can also just order it, and refuse/return them if they are wrong - I've done that at my local Napa without issue.
