Tried the search for this and didn’t see anything for that would apply to my 2018 6.7, so, looking for info on what this means to me at this point. From using my iDash, I know that it is something to do with the MAP/Baro, but not how sure how serious it is. I’m able to clear it and it doesn’t come back on the next start or 2, but then it does come back after that. Haven’t noticed any decrease in power, etc from this either.
Check the egr tube where it connects to the egr valve…if you see soot around the mounting flange…either the bolts are loose, one was torqued down all the way first, then the other …fix is to back them both off…then tighten evenly.
Not sure if this will help, but here's my thread on P0069, which was one of the codes my truck popped.
I also had a maxed out boost gauge when this code was present, but this all happened just before I had two other codes. It also maxed out again at one point, the boost gauge, with a pending P0069. Just throwing this in here for info.

If you have an idash or odbc link, or some other scan tool….
first determine if the p0069 only occurs on next start up….meaning…if you get the code this morning and clear it…during any continuous drive the code does not appear
confirm that the code does not exist before shut down .
confirm that the code only appears at next startup.
then….what is happening is that the hot side turbo is pulling a vaccume in the area of the map during shut down
you can confirm this by setting up a monitor for MAP and another for absolute air pressure….then note if the map pressure drops to 6 or 7 during shut down…then slowly climbs back up to ambient air pressure. If this pressure resync is taking more than 30 seconds…you will get a p0069 at next startup.
a work around is to remove the oring on the map sensor. This will let the pressure resync in 10 to 15 seconds and you will not have a p0069 code at next startup.
what is causing the turbo to spin for such a long time at shut down that the hot side of the turbo is pulling a vacuume in the area of the map via the egr tube…don’t know …but if you can confirm the above conditions and you have this map pressure drop at shut down to 6 or 7 psi, pull the map oring.
i doubt that the map with out the oring will give you a cabin smell or that it will change the indicated map pressure.
