Thanks. Do you have any idea which years from the F series 18" rims bolt pattern would fit a 2009 E350?

I don’t think any. 16s was all there was when the F series and Excursion changed bolt pattern.
There might be 18s for a GM or Ram that share the E series bolt pattern.
