Parking Brake
The parking brake on my 91 feels, well spongy, it does not engage or anything, does not go all te way down, has not worked since I picked it up 6 months ago....any ideas? I have not had the tires off much less the hats

Yes, seized, or stuck from corrosion or dirt or whatever. If you get under there and watch the cables (don't forget chocks!) while someone operates the pedal you can see if they are moving. You have 3 cables. One from the pedal to the underside of the truck and then one to each wheel. They're connected with an equalizer and automatic tensioner.
