Just got a Ford pass notification that remote features were being turned off until I start my truck . I haven’t driven it for 2 days . Actually only about 36 hours . This is for my 23 F 350. My 2019 never notified me of this even when I hadn’t driven it for a week. Do our trucks expect us to drive them everyday? Lol the notification did say there was nothing wrong with the truck , just part of its programming . Thanks
I’ve had my 23 since April 21 and have had the deep sleep message come up only once. I think it was mid-May when I got it. It had been a day or two since I had driven it so I got worried the 23’s were suffering the same issues my 22 had. I never took the 22 to get it fixed.
I haven’t seen the message on my 23 since the one occurrence in May and I’m going as long as a week now without driving so I hope it was just a fluke.
My 22 does it, it's pretty irritating. I've noticed it really only does it in Summer tho, I initially thought it was from sitting too long, (I ride the bike in Summer if the weather is good...) but this last month has been nothing but rain, and even driving the truck every day I still get the message a few times a week.
I will take it out for a good drive today and see if it ever shows up again. Maybe a fluke . Seems like on other forums it’s pretty common thing across all models of Fords from cars to trucks . If I was ever going to use a battery tender , do you hook it up to the driver side battery or passenger? Thanks
