The wheels need to measure 170mm (6.69") from the center of one lug hole to the center of the lug hole on the opposite side of the hub bore.
The hub bore needs to be at least 124.9mm in diameter.
The other thing to consider is the 'backspace' of the wheel, which is the distance from the back of the wheel to the mounting surface. The larger the backspace, the further the wheels stick out. The OEM Excursion backspace is reported as 4.275". Be warned that 2005 and later Ford truck model wheels have a smaller backspace. If those were mounted on an Excursion they would be 'tucked in' about 1.33".
They should fit however you will need 2” spacers to have the proper backspacing on the rims. Remember that the only 18” rims that fit our rigs are the 2004 Harley Davidson, SVT or the Lariat wheels from the 250/350’super dutys The spacers must be a good quality so they will probably cost more than the rims are worth. Just my 2 cents
Thanks for the fast reply guys. These were gifted to me by a well meaning friend. For the mentioned Harley Davidson, King Ranch, Lariat and SVT wheels, they would have to be 2004 correct?

Yes thats the only year 18” wheels fit our rigs w/o spacers. In 2005 ford changed the suspension on the super duty’s however they did not change the Ex because they knew the end was near. Ford never offered 18” wheels for the Ex.
