08 dash corners

Hey guys, new here and trying to figure out the dash. Got a nicer center section that's silver and not the plain black and adding the upfitter switches for my lights and all that. The dash corners I ordered on ebay say for an 08 to 16 f350, I have an 08 f350. After looking at my dash it doesn't not appear that mine are seperate panels and are actually all one piece. Does anyone know if there were just multiple different versions of the dash in 08? Seems like everything I search or find to do research says "08-10".

I have an XL truck and the dash corners aren’t removable, my brothers XLT has removable corners, I’m guessing base model trucks got a different dash then higher level trims.
