2004 expedition fuel pump access

2004 expedition fuel pump access

I think my fuel pump went out. Does the 2004 expedition have an access panel to change the fuel pump from the interior? If not I'm guessing you have to drop the tank.

My 2003 didn't, so 2004 probably doesn't either. Have to drop the tank.

The fuel pump relay is a frequent problem in the 04's.
