Mirrors

What mirrors is everyone running? I'm wanting to get rid of the big tow mirrors on my 67, but not sure what to get for decent visibility. LMC sells factory style repops, but not sure how good then quality is.

I would suggest Ford 77+ swing mirrors with the large head. I had these on my 72 which worked great as you could see a great deal with them, but easy to fold flat when needed.

IMO lmc and the word Quality should not be used in the same sentence.

Tow mirrors.

I’m torn. I have a ‘69 Camper Special that should have the giant mirrors, but they are… well, giant.
currently I have door mount small mirrors that someone put on. They block the wing windows.
if you go another route I’d be interested in your original tow mirrors….
maybe something out on the fenders like a 1980’s JDM drift car……

My biggest gripe with these tow mirrors is they create a blind spot while trying to pull out of a neighborhood onto a busy street. I find myself having to look around the mirrors to check for traffic. Also, these are a bit old and have quite a bit of rust and pitting. The glass is good though. I will get ahold of your once I have some other mirrors to see if you still wanted them.

These are the big mirrors.

Your mirrors would be perfect for my 72 f250 4x4. I dont have a pic of the other side of my mirrors but there is one of the small round mirrors attached to the mirror arm on the passenger side for a wider view.
