Good day, I’m in the process of rebuilding a 79 auto tilt column and I’m missing a couple parts that I can’t seem to find. The tilt pins (I think that’s what they’re called) and the shift lever itself. If anybody could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. I’ve found pins for a 80 and up column but I’m not sure if they’re the same or not. Thanks!
Tilt pins or tilt LOCK pin/locking lever or actuator lever ? AFAIK that item is NOT reproduced, might have to take what you have left to a machine shop and get one made.
And you checked all the other vendors? I know JBG has the ****. I think the 1980 might be a little different due to the key ignition moving to the steering column that year. But if you can get one of them and it works out, please let us know. If that does not work out, I have a used but useable one on the shelf.
Unless something has changed very recently, that gear shift lever is unobtanium, at least for my 73 non-tilt column. I’d try to find a good used one. Seems like 77&79 might have what you need.

Look at 70 through 78 full size cars, 72 through 79 intermediates. Never tried your exact combination but I have assembled various combinations to come up with tilt columns for a 75 Mustang and a 70's Maverick. Built these from parts from full size cars and researching the various shrouds to look like factory offerings. Not sure on your shift handle, I only eliminated them for floor shift cars.

Well not having any real luck finding a shifter in good/great condition. I have the one on my 79 2wd parts truck, but it is a little rough IMO And the other 2 parts trucks are 4spd. I need to make a lap at my local JY and see if I can get you a great/better condition one.
