Haven’t driven my truck in a couple days. See a small puddle under the truck where something has been dripping. It’s in the front, passenger side. I can’t really climb under the truck due to some health issues, but couldn’t really see anywhere it was coming from. Clear and oily feeling, no smell.
2018 F-350, gas engine.
Any thoughts? We got back from camping, and it’s been parked ever since with no leak spot before our trip. Camper is small, and it was a short trip.
Pretty small spot, doesn't look like it was bigger and then dried up some.
Maybe put a piece of cardboard under there and see what collects on it.
It's too close the front for the a/c condensation drain.
Rub your finger in it good and smell it. Might give you good indication of what it is or isn't. Couls be coolant, could be a couple different kinds of oil.

A/C lubricant oil is clear and no smell (at least to me). Based on location, it could be the condenser or an A/C hose/tube. You might have sucked in a pebble and started a leak. If it's your A/C, it will work until the refrigerant level drops too low, which won't take long if you've started leaking A/C lubricant.
My disclaimer is I haven't worked on these newer trucks and things change but A/C lubricant is clear (or at least it used to be and maybe still is).

I had considered that, but by the time that much refrigerant oil would leak out, there most likely wouldn't be enough refrigerant left to keep the a/c blowing cool.
The OP didn't mention anything about the a/c not blowing cold.
I had also considered it could be P/S fluid, but that is on the opposite side from the steering box.
I'll also vote for A/C oil. In the pic it only looks about the size of a quarter. I'd look at the compressor closely and the lines. A/C may still be fine if it just started, buy I'd keep an eye on it.
Without any more details that looks like AC condensation to me and it's in that location as well I believe. But the size of the AC condensation would likely be bigger than that and would also dry up like water would.... I don't think you're going to get a definitive answer on what it is based on the information you've provided unfortunately....

Yeah at first I thought it was from the AC as well as it’s in the same area. But it was 2 days since I’ve driven the truck. I did unload some camping stuff from the bed of the truck but not much. If it was more than 150lbs of stuff I would be surprised. It was for sure oily feeling, as it was slick. But it dried up, and hasn’t leaked since.
